Refund Policy

You can try Innihald free for 14 days before paying anything. If you are still not satisfied, we offer a full refund:

• Within 14 days of your first subscription payment, no questions asked.
• Within 14 days of an annual subscription renewal.

After that you can cancel at any time and the subscription stays active until the end of the billing period. We consider other refund requests case by case, for example if the service has not worked as described.

How do I request a refund?

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address you paid with, or email us at hallo@innihald.is and we will pass the request on. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
